DON CHURROS LIMITED cannot be held responsible for any loss/damage of information which may arise as a result of a failure by you to protect your account security. Please do not divulge your password to anyone and keep account details confidential at all times.

PURCHASING FROM US

By submitting your order you are offering to buy our goods and allowing us to use your details to supply products/services. We do not sell your details or pass them on to anyone else in any circumstance, under the Data Protection Act 1998. We are not obliged to supply goods to you until we have confirmed acceptance of your order. At this point, a contract is made. You do not own the goods until we receive payment in full. If you discover you have made a mistake with your order please contact us immediately. Please do this before we confirm your order. By ordering from us you agree to opt-in to our marketing mailing lists, which you can opt out of at any time (See the section on Marketing).

ONLINE PRICES

We always ensure that the best possible prices are available online at this website. We do this by applying promotional pricing to our website which may differ from our printed menus which may be outdated. You will likely pay more by ordering from other websites as they will be using our standard prices and can not take advantage of the promotional pricing you will enjoy here.

REFUND POLICY

Any refunds are at the sole discretion of the manager on duty. Refunds will not be given for mistakes on your part when ordering or if you choose to change your mind. If you believe you are entitled to a refund please contact the shop on 01462 731009 and make a complaint, this is applicable for both cash and card orders. Making a complaint does not guarantee a refund. We may offer alternatives to monetary refunds, for example, substitutes for goods. By ordering online, you accept this could be the case and agree to any fair substitute.

PRIVACY POLICY

Our website and connected services use cookies to allow us to provide our service online. If you do not consent to us storing cookies on your machine then please do not use the website. Your contact details may be shared with our service provider and between our other companies for reasons not limited to of fraud prevention and marketing. FOR OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS

We will advise you should any food be out of stock and give you a call. At this point, you can cancel your order if you wish.

We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party because we withdrew any product from this website whether or not that product has been sold; removing or editing any materials or content on the website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

AGE RESTRICTED ITEMS

Where alcohol or tobacco products are sold, we must comply with the law and restrict the sale of these items to minors. You must be eighteen (18) years of age, to purchase tobacco or alcoholic products. DON CHURROS LIMITED reserves the right to cancel any transaction where it reasonably believes the purchaser is either not of the required legal age or purchasing products on behalf of a minor. DON CHURROS LIMITED actively encourages people not to take up a nicotine habit.

DELIVERY TIME

We aim to deliver your order within the quoted times, but please consider traffic and weather conditions. During busy periods your order may take longer. We may or may not have time to notify you but please be patient or feel free to call us to check up on your order. Delivery times are approximate and cannot be guaranteed.

Halloween "TRICKORCHURRO" Promotional Terms & Conditions

Promotional Period: Valid exclusively on Saturday, 31st October 2026, during operating hours.
Redemption Channels: Valid for orders placed in-person at the counter, via self-serve in-store kiosks, or through the official Don Churro direct online ordering portal. Excludes third-party delivery services (Deliveroo, UberEats, Just Eat).
No Purchase Required: No prior or accompanying purchase is necessary to redeem this offer.
Code Entry: Customers must state or enter the promo code TRICKORCHURRO at checkout.
Entitlement: One (1) complimentary portion of 5 Classic Churros with dipping sauce.
Limits: Strictly limited to one (1) redemption per customer. Multiple claims across ordering channels on the same day are strictly prohibited. Subject to stock availability.
Exclusions:
- Offer is not valid in conjunction with set combo deals, meal deals, family sharing offers, or third-party delivery app orders (Deliveroo, UberEats, Just Eat).
Limits: Limit of one (1) promotional redemption per person, per transaction.
Stock Availability: Product is subject to daily availability. No cash or alternative food product redemption is available.
Right to Amend: Don Churro reserves the right to cancel or amend these terms and conditions without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

Student Discount
Terms & Conditions

Eligibility: The 10% Student Discount is available to current students enrolled in further or higher education upon presentation of a valid, photo-bearing Student ID, TOTUM card, or digital UNiDAYS profile.
Availability: Discount is valid for in-store purchases only at participating Don Churro locations.
Exclusions: The discount applies exclusively to individual, full-priced menu items. It cannot be applied to meal deals, set bundles, breakfast deals, promotional items, or discounted combos.
Redemption: Proof of student status must be presented at the point of purchase before payment is processed. Retrospective claims will not be honored.
Limitations: Discount is non-transferable, holds no cash value, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional codes, vouchers, or third-party delivery platforms.
Right to Refuse: Don Churro reserves the right to refuse discount redemptions if valid ID is not provided, or to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.

Blue Light Discount Service
Terms & Conditions

Eligibility: The 10% Blue Light & Defence Discount is available to active personnel of the NHS, Emergency Services, Armed Forces, and Defence Services upon presentation of a valid Blue Light Card, Defence Discount Service card, British Forces ID, or while wearing official duty uniform.
Availability: Discount is valid for in-store purchases only at participating Don Churro locations.
Exclusions: The discount applies exclusively to individual, full-priced food and beverage items. It cannot be applied to meal deals, set bundles, breakfast deals, promotional items, or discounted combos.
Redemption: Valid official ID or uniform must be presented to the cashier at the time of order before payment is finalized. Retrospective claims will not be accepted.
Limitations: Discount is non-transferable, holds no cash alternative, and cannot be combined with any other offer, promotional voucher, or third-party delivery services.
Right to Refuse: Don Churro reserves the right to verify identification or amend these terms at any time without prior notice.
